Dear students. It's important to find time to exercise. In most of you , daily life is hard. School, reading, exams and all that sitting behind a desk, study all day and often into the night. Regular physical activity will also help to keep you at a healthy weight and lower your risk of major illnesses, such as heart disease and some cancers. Exercise is not good only for your overall health and fitness, but it also boosts your mental wellbeing. You dont need to be member in a sports centre. You only need to be more active. Write here your suggestions and create a yearly calendar on physical activities. Physical activity simply means movement of the body that uses energy. Walking, gardening, climbing the stairs, playing soccer, or dancing the night away are all good examples of being active. For health benefits, physical activity should be moderate or vigorous intensity. Dont forget in your post to write the number of the week. Dont forget to warm up and stretch properly before exercising to prevent injury and make your workouts more effective. Before starting each week, plot in your calendar what days and times you’ll be exercising. This will help you stick to the plan. Don’t forget to factor in one rest day (on a day of your choosing) per week. And of course, a physical activities program must be combined with a healthy diet program.
